About this Jeep Safari to Cofete Natural Park in Fuerteventura

Do you want a day of deserts and beaches in Fuerteventura? Come with us! The Jeep Safari to Cofete Natural Park gives you a day of unspoilt nature and unusual landscapes. Our Jeeps will comfortably transport you to hard-to-access spots that you would probably never visit by yourself. So, grab your partner, children or friends and let the adventure begin!

Cofete Natural Park: bewitching arid lands and the immense ocean

The expedition meets at Morro Jable dock where we’ll begin by briefly outlining everything we’ll see during the day. We’ll start by driving along dirt tracks on route to Cofete to enter the Natural Park. Welcome to solitude: farewell to traffic, noisy building work... And phone coverage. Instant peace.

We’ll make a stop at Degollada Agua Oveja Viewpoint with views of Cofete Beach—the wildest in Fuerteventura—then stop at Pico de la Zarza, Cofete village and Villa Winter. This villa has a mysterious past and legends abound about its origins and what the owner used to do there... But we won’t give anything more away: your guide will reveal all. You’ll also see several specious of endemic cacti and will learn some curious facts about them.

Next, we’ll head to the old Punta Jandía lighthouse. A remote place where you’ll see the strange sight of two sea currents crashing together in a landscape that will take your breath away. As will the views from Colina del Amor, the next viewpoint we’ll visit before finally heading back to the starting point. On the way we’ll stop at Sotavento Viewpoint to appreciate the remarkable landscape.
