How do I cancel a reservation?
By calling +34 902 151 807, or write to email@example.com, indicating your reservation number and at least 24 hours prior to the date of departure of the route or service you have booked.
Who can drive the car?
According to rules established by the Government of the Canary Islands, which regulates the rental of Jeep Safari, the vehicles are driven by a driver.
What days starts the tour?

Departure time of each route?
For excursions in Tenerife the departure time is around 9:15 AM at the meeting point. For routes to the island of La Gomera the departure time is 9:00. You must keep in mind that pickup times varies according to where you are staying and the assigned collection point. You can view the collection schedule in the link.
At what time and where are we going to be collected?
Pick up time varies depending of the place where you stay and the route you have booked. Each hotel has a corresponding collection area, you can view it at this link. For other areas please get in touch with our office. The return will be at the same spot where you have been collected.
At what time are we going to return?
Each route has a returning time. These times are approximate as they depend of the weather, traffic, etc..See returning times on the following link.
What do the Services include?
All services include the transfers with an 4WD vehicle and a driver. The excursions to La Gomera include the ship transfer. Not all routes include the food, see the conditions for each route here.
Should I bring warm clothes?
It is convenient to carry at least one warm clothes even in the summer months. The climatology of the Canary Islands is known for its microclimates, with significant variations in walking distance.
Where do they stop?
Each route will make stops at the most interesting sites.The stops are common throughout the convoy and are set before departure. You can not make not authorised stops , except in an emergency case.
Are we going to see animals?
The Canarian fauna is known for its biodiversity, most of all for its birds, fishes, small reptiles and invertebrates. In the Canary Islands there are no big mammals except those for the livestock. During the tour maybe we can spot some of these species, but not always.
